Волинська обласна громадська організація «Луцький Джазовий Клуб» була створена для того, аби сприяти розвитку джазової культури та створити джаз-клуб — культове місце в Луцьку, яке б стало осередком мистецьких та культурних подій міста.

The Jazz Club united culturally-aware people who have been involved in organization of numerous jazz festivals and concerts since 2005. The Club is made up by musicians, linguists, artists and culturally-aware businessmen. The Jazz Club is aimed at promoting and developing Ukrainian jazz culture in Lutsk and Volyn region, as well as in Europe by organizing workshops, exhibitions, concerts and festivals. The Lutsk Jazz Club was founded to maintain the cultural cooperation between Ukrainian and European art organizations
